Rather large news this time: Troisport is moving.
After 7 years at its home in Chilli Lane, Troisport has decided it’s time for an expansion that cannot be accommodated in its current home.
Where that is good news all round, it’s particularly good news for our customers – because we are doing a moving clearance SALE.
Troisport will be relocating by the 1st August to a much more suitable location. A move means a facelift, and as with all facelifts, not every item and every brand will make the cut in the new look shop. That means that some of our older stock will be reduced by as much as 70% – CRAZY!!!
The sale will last as long as the stock does or until the move is complete. Here is an idea of the level of stupidity of some of the stock being cleared:
ALL Wetsuits – less 40%
ALL Trisuits – Less 40%
ALL 2013 shoes – Less 30%
ALL 2012 and older shoes – Less 50%
ALL Apparel – Less 50%
ALL Swimwear less 50%
ALL Helmets – Less 50%
Bike Accessories – Less between 50% -70%
BIG discounts on bikes Special will last as long as the stock does!!!
SO DONT DELAY!!!!
A HUGE congratulations to all who took part in Ironman South Africa this past weekend, especially our Troisport customers and tri club members!
If you hadn’t done it before, “You are an Ironman”, if you were returning, well done, that’s another feather in your cap.

“KZN’s Midlands will be the Triathlon hub this weekend, as SA’s top Triathletes head to Midmar Dam for the 5th Annual Midlands Ultra Triathlon. Top competitors Stuart Marias, Donovan Van Gelder, Gerhard De Bruin and Michael Davidson will be looking to make their mark on one of the fastest and most beautiful race courses in Africa. B-Active Sports, the event organisers have upped the race prize money to R40 000, which could see the Ultra triathlon winners taking home over almost R6000.00 each. Entries to the event have been coming in steadily since November 2012, with the bulk of them coming from KZN and Gauteng respectively. Van Gelder, who won in October last year has been fine tuning his training with training rides and runs on the midlands race course and is hungry for the win. Cape Town triathlete Stuart Marias, who raced the off-road Xterra triathlon in Grabouw last weekend, will be looking to make his mark on this race, after claiming second place in 2009.
Pre-entries have been re-opened due to the cancellation of the JHB Tri-Series this weekend. These entries will pay pre-entry prices but will not receive a T-shirt or goodie bag. All entries close at 5pm on Wednesday the 27th. Late entries will be available on Saturday at race registration between 9am and 3pm. For more information please contact B-Active Sports on 031-7641885 or go to www.midlandsultra.com”
